• We will, discuss and plan the complete art project in the comfort of the customer's home.

• Provide technical information and suggest the most appropriate paint or faux finish to complement the customer's decorating style and personality.

• Coordinate the planning session with the customer's designer, when requested.

• Measure and determine the scope of work to be done.

• Provide customer with customized faux finish sample boards for approval of final finish.

• Provide a contract that details the final work to be performed.

• Provide specific start and completion dates for project scheduling.

• During the art project, maintain daily customer contact to insure client satisfaction and proper project outcome.

• Guarantees a 72-hour "return to job", if finished project needs adjusting or correction.

• Provide customer with product samples to be used by them for future touch-up.

• Confirm customer's complete satisfaction at end of art project through follow-up contact
